2008 is a rebuilding year for Venture Crew 94. We were senior heavy for 2007-2008 and we wish those
seniors well in there next adventures but it has left us with a hole hat new members need to fill. The
information that follows provides an overview to hopefully let you learn about VC-94 and answer a few
of your questions. You can download the document in .pdf format on the forms page as well as the New
Member's Packet on the forms page.
So we welcome you to come to a meeting and check us out. We have youth and advisors from the different
public, private, and home schools so you will not feel out of place. Backpacking 101 starts right after away
so it is best to get involved early so you don't miss out. If you don't see the answers below then drop us an

VC-94 Overview
- AVenture Crew is a Boys Scouts of America (BSA) organization so we follow BSA
guidelines, training, and practices.
- Venture
Crews are coed and consist of young adults ages 14-20 who have completed the 8th
grade.
- VC-94 became chartered
with BSA June 2004 – Messiah Lutheran Church is our Charter Organization
- Meetings
– Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at Toney United Methodist Church
- Plan monthly high adventure activity.
- Adults
and Crew Members Have Many Years Experience in BSA and other Youth Organizations
- Focused
on Leadership Development, Communicty Service, and High Adventure Activities
